Booking Terms & Conditions
- The total amount for the trip is paid after the trip has concluded. An invoice will be sent, and the full amount must be received by Lina Kronholm no later than 14 days after the trip ends.
- Lina Kronholm reserves the right to cancel the trip if the required minimum of 4 participants is not met.
- A cancellation fee of 2,500 SEK applies if cancellation occurs after March 1. This does not apply in cases of illness (a medical certificate is required) or urgent unforeseen circumstances. However, participants have the option to transfer their spot to another person.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or war) that prevent the trip from taking place on the advertised dates, new dates will be set, and the trip will be postponed.
- The trip fee only includes breakfast. Participants are responsible for covering the cost of all other meals. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.
- Lina Kronholm reserves the right to bring assistants or co-hosts to any workshop, trip, or event.
- Lina Kronholm, her assistants, hosts, and horse owners are not responsible for personal injuries or damage to property that may occur at the event location. Participants are responsible for their own safety at all times.
- The trip will be photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional purposes for future trips. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must inform us in advance.
- This trip does not include lectures or structured educational sessions.
